UNUS discusses enrollment for distance learning under the DEFEP project and preparations for the opening of a new laboratory
The Uman National University of Horticulture hosted a regular meeting of the working group of the Erasmus+ DEFEP project implementers, during which key issues related to the project implementation and the results of the 2024-2025 academic year admission campaign were discussed. The main attention was paid to the peculiarities of enrollment in the distance learning program in the specialty 232 “Social Security”.
The meeting participants also reviewed plans for the next work package of the project. They also planned to open a distance education laboratory. The equipment for this laboratory was purchased with project funds, which will provide high-quality technical equipment to support distance learning.
In addition, a series of internal seminars was planned for teachers who teach classes in the Social Security program and for students studying in distance learning. The seminars will focus on the MOODLE platform and academic integrity, which will help improve the quality of the educational process and the effective interaction of participants in the educational process in the context of distance learning.
Thanks to close cooperation within the framework of the Erasmus+ DEFEP project, the university continues to improve its infrastructure and educational methods, making education more accessible and modern for its students.
