Meeting of the DEFEP Transparency and Communication Committee
On 9 October, a regular working meeting of the DEFEP Transparency and Communication Committee was held in Zoom format. The main topic of discussion was the dissemination and communication activities according to the project implementation plan. Alla OSIPOVA, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, attended the meeting on behalf of Uman National University of Horticulture.
Olena Filimonova, as project coordinator, emphasised the importance of effective communication of the DEFEP project results both to students and to a wider audience, including the academic community and professional circles. Particular attention was paid to ensuring transparency of information flows and providing timely information on the progress of the project.
Participants discussed strategies for disseminating project results through different communication channels, such as the official university website, social media, etc. The meeting also discussed new approaches to promoting the project among students, including the creation of video materials.
As a result, the participants agreed to strengthen the information interaction between all stakeholders, in particular by regularly updating information on different communication platforms. The planned dissemination activities will aim at maximising the dissemination of the project results in order to ensure their accessibility and transparency to the public.
